In order to provide Kobe and other Japanese beef at a low cost


Kobe beef is one of the best beef even in Japan, known as “the world’s most expensive beef. Other Japanese beef have also been rated highly internationally and its domestic prices have been increasing. We value the concept of “satisfying our customers”, and create our menus with the best balance of “cost and satisfaction” creating the best eating experience. We use a special stocking route gained from years of stocking skills, which includes purchasing in bulk cow parts that is fit for yakiniku but not for steak directly from wholesale markets rather than intermediate profits. This is a part of our effort to provide cheap yet delicious beef for our customers.

Specialty dish “Kobe Yakisoba”
“Kobe Yakisoba” is a yakisoba grilled with a special yakiniku sauce with garlic that has 40 years of history. The taste of our traditional sauce greatly improved by reviewing the recipe that was passed onto us and questioning the basic parts of the recipe, storing it in a refrigerator to maintain its freshness, and switching the eggs to eggs made by homebred chicken in Kyushu. For those that do not like raw eggs, there is a version without eggs.

Using Bicho coal which pulls out the best taste of meat
We use the Bicho coal which pulls out the best taste of meat. While other stores often use the cheaper Oga coal, We use the Bicho coal that pulls out great aroma and taste from meats.

Fresh vegetables filled with mineral raised in a hydroponic farm
~From Morisaki Farm inside Seto Inland Sea~

For the salads at “Kobe Aburi Farm”, we use vegetables raised in a hydroponic farm called “Morisaki Farm” located at a place called Ikuchishima Island found in the Seto Inland Sea.
The soft texture and the simple taste of these vegetables are gaining popularity, especially among customers from abroad.
Since the farm collects fresh buds with high amounts of nutrient, there is no need for the vegetables to grow large, so they do not require any pesticides.
